A Texas native and graduate of Texas Bible College, Elisa Roland has always had a heart for ministry, creativity, and serving others with excellence. After marrying Chris and supporting his early journey into ranch and land real estate, Elisa earned her license in 2005 and stepped into the business, becoming an essential part of Ranch & Hunting Land Realty.

With a strong eye for detail and a deep sense of purpose, Elisa manages the administrative and marketing side of the business—from branding and design to client communications, contract support, and strategic planning. Her work may often be behind the scenes, but her impact is seen in every part of the client experience.

In 2021, Elisa and Chris became the owners of Ranch & Hunting Land Realty, continuing the legacy of integrity and service established by founders Larry and Jody Guthrie. Together, they lead the company with a shared faith, a heart to serve, and a commitment to helping others find their place on the land.

Whether supporting clients, building systems, or encouraging the team, Elisa approaches every task with excellence, discernment, and a desire to glorify God through it all. Outside of real estate, she enjoys time on the ranch with Chris and their daughters, serving at church, family game nights and finding beauty in the quiet, meaningful moments of everyday life.
