Chris Roland graduated from the University of North Texas in 1994 with a B.A. in Mathematics. He spent 14 years teaching middle and high school math, building a foundation of patience, communication, and leadership that still defines his work today.

In 1997, Chris purchased a ranch in Coleman County and moved there full-time while continuing to teach. After marrying Elisa, a home search led them to connect with Larry and Jody Guthrie—the original owners of Ranch & Hunting Land Realty. That moment sparked a calling Chris didn’t see coming but now considers one of God’s greatest blessings.

Chris earned his real estate license in 2004, his Broker’s license in 2007, and transitioned to full-time land sales in 2008. In 2021, he and Elisa became the current owners of Ranch & Hunting Land Realty, continuing its legacy with the same integrity and heart to serve.

With over two decades of experience, Chris brings steady leadership, deep land knowledge, and a sincere faith-driven commitment to every transaction. As an avid outdoorsman, he understands the value, legacy, and lifestyle that come with owning rural property.

Whether helping a family build their future or guiding a first-time buyer, Chris leads with honesty, professionalism, and a servant’s heart. When he’s not walking land or working with clients, he enjoys volunteering at church, managing the family ranch, and spending time outdoors with Elisa and their daughters—teaching them to hunt, fish and living the lifestyle he helps others find.
